Yoga Poses
Background - This pose was developed after careful and deep observation of American teenagers. Pose - As you are led through the pose by the teacher, do the exact opposite of what you are asked to do. Stamp your feet when asked to be still. Pound your mat when asked to be silent. Meet other requests from the teacher by rolling your eyes, muttering "whatever" under your breath, and making telephone mudras with your hands. To do the advanced pose, kick the walls of the studio while screaming the mantra "I hate you!” at the top of your lungs.
