Yoga Poses
Background – This isalso known as the Doggie-Do. It was discovered when YogaDawg noticed that dog owners were employing advanced yoga movements as they stooped over to clean up after their dogs. Pose - Bend over at the hip with a straight back as you make scooping motions with your hands. Hold your breath for five seconds. Stand up straight. Exhale. Walk around your mat trying not to look disgusted and repulsed. Recite the mantra "This stinks" as you breathe through you mouth. Repeat. Benefits - Builds lung capacity and develops your ability to not overreact while finding yourself in social situations that truly stink.
