Yoga Poses
Background – This was discovered on the highways and byways of America. Guru YogaDawg noticed that drivers are fond of using a mudra as they get cut off, tailgated, or caught behind some old fart on a one-lane road. Pose – The Flipped Bird is a series of arm movements that starts with a simple raise of the middle finger, followed by putting your thumbs in your ears while you wiggle your fingers back and forth and stick out your tongue. To do the advanced pose, hit your upper arm while you bend it in an upward motion with a clinched fist as you repeat the mantra, "Up yours."
