The Demented Pigeon

Background – The Demented Pigeon is fabled to have been discovered while waiting for a bus outside the YogaDawg yoga studio. Upon glancing at the pigeons flocking on buildings across the street, Guru YogaDawg noticed that some pigeons would suddenly wobble crazily and fall from their perches to the ground below. A philosophical question to ponder while doing this pose is, "Was the city poisoning the pigeons the day that Guru YogaDawg was waiting for a bus?"

Pose - This is a balancing pose. You will start in standing position and try not to fall down as you rock back and forth, side to side, while twisting around and around, bending forwards and backwards, and tossing your head in a vigorous motion as you peck at the ground. The advanced posture requires twirling around with your arms flapping until you fall over from dizziness. Don’t forget to breathe.
