Yoga Poses
Background - Guru YogaDawg developed this pose while observing patrons eating in the fast food restaurant across the street from the YogaDawg Yoga studio. The advance posed is known as the McSit (illustrated above) that Guru YogaDawg also developed around the same time. Pose - Lie on your back. Gently roll over on your side. Place your arm perpendicular to your head and lay it in your hand, twisting the head gently facing forward. Cross your legs (if you are not too fat) into a comfortable position and imagine that you are watching TV on your living room floor. Do this for 40 short wheezy breaths or until you get an urge to grab a beer from the refrigerator or some Cheese-Os. Benefits - Increased bio-mass for the practitioner and profits for the American Industrial Food Complex. Next Yoga Pose - The Demented Pigeon
